Booking and Reservation Policy :
For booking confirmation a deposit of two nights is required. If ten days after booking date no deposit is received, we can not garantuee to be able to hold your reservation.
In case of cancellation on your part, the following rules apply:

30 days or more before arrival: deposit refunded minus bank charges
until 10 days before arrival: deposit lost.
Within 10 days before arrival and in case we can not rent out the rooms, we have to charge you the full booking period.

Therefore we strongly recommend to get a travel insurance.
